Dear Friend,
Somebody once said the key to being successful in anything is to look at what most people do and then do the opposite.
That’s a good explanation for why the top one percent of people have been successful helping others and become rich and famous in the process, while a vast majority of people struggle and never seem to get it.
I’ve spent the last seventeen years counseling everyday people, & professionals, on how to empower themselves to be free of eating disorders, food addiction, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, compulsive overeating, body image issues plus relationship issues to make their dreams come true. These aren’t just lucky people that I counseled. No these are people that choose to take “the road less traveled” and have taken the insights they have gained to be successful year after year.
Now for a limited time- you can reach a whole new level of personal achievement.
If you want to overcome an eating addiction you need to free yourself from negative/doubtful thinking. I’d like to offer you a chance to learn directly how to be successful in that goal or purpose. One business owner said,
“You really blew my mind with the work we did. Oh, the self-defeating part of me still likes to shake me up, but when we are one on one, it says it’s had enough.” |
If you want to let go of grief or deeply felt loss that can cause compulsive & food addiction behaviors, then you’ll learn what to do from the tools I can share with you. One big business owner realized freedom from grief of losing a loved one from the past.
“It’s amazing once one’s feelings surface and can be consciously acknowledged how much easier it is to deal with them. I have a greater perspective and this has translated into more personal and business success. This is service in its best form." |
If you want to have a loving relationship, then I can offer you a different approach that works every time you use it. Here is a registered nurse’s success story about overcoming bulimia and having the love of her life.
“If I hadn’t come to you and started therapy... I don’t know... I think I would’ve drowned. I was to the point that it was becoming serious and life threatening to my physical health, my mental health, my marriage, and my job. I was circling the drain with my problems.” |
If you want to overcome your fears and spend more quality time with your loved ones, then here’s a story about my “5 Senses Technique” that is so simple to do anytime. By clearing the blocks in your life you can enjoy the wealth of loving relationships in every way. Here’s another story that tells the miracle of healing past trauma that resulted in an eating disorder of both anorexia and bulimia with isolation for this patient.
“Kathleen is a wonderful psychotherapist/ hypnotherapist. She has helped me overcome my fears by gently encouraging me to push through them while helping me to understand the deeper causes and meanings of those fears. When I started seeing Kathleen I was a basket case. Now I embrace my newfound health and wellness with delight. Kathleen’s kind /gentle, yet firm and strong. I highly recommend Kathleen to anyone who is ready to heal their old and new issues. Kathleen uses this wonderful and simple technique called The Five Senses, among others, that is just AMAZING in its effectiveness. It’s so easy to do! It helps you slip right past your conscious mind and works easily and safely with your sub-conscious for amazing results.” |

One sales and marketing woman talks of her success,
“I feel you have helped me become clear in my goals and direction I really wanted to go in.
